I had really good stay, the place is excellent value and good standard!
I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was good. The staff was ready to assist, pretty friendly and affable people. Stayed in modern superior double room with a good big bed, the bathroom, WiFi.

I truly enjoyed the property and its hot and excellent breakfast.
I was very happy with the modern and silent room, that was complete with shower and WiFi, as for instance. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were a nice touch.

Late night noise (loud talking among other hotel guests) within the hotel has increased during my last two stays, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is excellent. We booked a luxury room, with plenty of space. I liked the view, very exciting.
The lack of aircondition tormented us. It was 30 degrees plus in the room. I also found the breakfast quite poor.

if you get a good price (>50€) its definitly a good place to stay. nice location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of old town, to the train and bus station, to a market, etc... breakfast is okay, rooms are comfortable and clean.
noise from other guest can be a problem. streetnoise can also be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Spotlessly clean and the staff was pretty friendly and amiable. The room was modern and silent and included satellite TV, central heating, and a fridge, truly enjoyed it. The decor here was cozy.
